Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We ship across Europe. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Orders are produced and shipped from EU-based print partners to minimize shipping times and customs fees.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Currently, we focus on EU-wide delivery. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees apply. If you're ordering from outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland or the UK), local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Production Time

Why does it take a few days before my order ships?

All our products are made to order. Once you place your order, production takes 2–5 business days before your item is shipped. This ensures every piece is freshly printed and made just for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within a short window. Please contact us immediately at contact@aytaiyo.store and we'll do our best to help.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Since all products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

I received the wrong item or the wrong size – what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 14 days with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking the size guide available on each product page. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, streetwear fit — if you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

How do I apply a discount code?
