14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at contact@aytaiyo.store within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your name and order number.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and function.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item was delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
digital content once delivery has begun, where you expressly agreed that delivery should begin immediately and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal;
other goods or services excluded from withdrawal under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Where required by law, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional costs for express or premium delivery are not refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
