Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the destinations available during checkout. Available destinations may vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner.

Processing Times

Processing times vary by product. Made-to-order items require production before they can be dispatched. The estimated processing or delivery time displayed on the product page or during checkout applies to that specific order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is not automatically free. Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, production time and carrier.

Products produced or fulfilled by different partners may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Tracking

If tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at contact@aytaiyo.store and include your order number.

Our statutory responsibility for delivering your order remains unaffected.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Delivery details are provided on the relevant product page or in the order confirmation.
